      How to rent it

      1. Apply

        Fill in the short application. It takes about five minutes, and no documents are needed yet.

      2. Viewing

        The owner reviews it and replies, usually within a day, with viewing times.

      3. Documents

        If you would like to go ahead after the viewing, share the documents listed below. The same criteria apply to every applicant.

      4. Lease and keys

        Sign the Ontario Standard Lease. First month's rent and last month's rent deposit are due on signing.

      Documents after the viewing

      • Government-issued photo ID
      • Full credit report (Equifax or TransUnion), not a screenshot
      • Employment letter, recent pay stubs or other proof of income
      • Contact for a previous landlord, if you have one
      Never pay before you visit. We never ask for money before you have seen the home in person and signed an Ontario Standard Lease. If anyone asks for a deposit before that, it is not us.
